I have many trophy marks from hockey now, I just received another 2 from yesterday, including a big huge one on my right thigh, courteousy of Adib. I'm pretty glad that hockey have finally stepped down, even though hockey's been really fun.
Sometimes, we should all hit the pause button in our life, take a deep breath and look around. Take this chance to store the wonderful memories and discard the ugly ones. Please, I really dont want to lose this friendship. You're my good friend.

Yesterday, I stood in front of my toilet mirror late at night and raised the scissors to my bangs. I miss my imulsive hair-cutting days, where me and Steph would sometimes suddenly decide to cut our hair during lesson time, and going to the hairdresser's opposite school during lunch break to do so. I think my short hair was an impulsive decision too. =S
Mummy's locking up the house with a padlock, because the security alarm isnt really reliable these days. So i'll have a new additional key.

Just back from studying with Nadiah. Managed to get some econs studying done, but it's not enough, I guess. Gotta study tonight later on. =(
Gave up studying at 5, and went walking around Northpoint. Had fun in Espirit trying on nonsensical clothes, and realised that Northpoint has pretty much shrunk since my primary school days. Went with Nadiah to Woodlands to search for my Maggie Mee, cos I had a sudden craving for it. Couldnt find it, but we went crazy at the shops around CWP.
Received my new bagpack as belated birthday present from Peh Ching + gang, so I'll have a new school bag now. =)
Didnt visit Grandfather today, bcos I was busy studying. He's back again at Ang Mo Kio Hospice now. I shall visit him tomorrow, even if he still doesnt remember who I am.
Brrrrr. It's freezing cold tonight.

It has almost been a week since my last post,afterall, it has been a really crazy and hectic week.
If this post were to have a title, it'll probably the cliche statement, "This is why I play hockey." =) Friendly today, against PJC. To cut things short, I scored the last goal. My first goal in an official game - a nice beautiful goal, one that I'm very proud of. It was so sudden, so scary. The "thud" sound of the ball against the black board, seeing the ball sail across the line, the feeling is so thrilling, so exciting. Now i sound like I'm falling in love with a hockey ball, of all things. Ops. I can never seem to play hockey with style, with the glam factor. My shoe fell off in the middle of the game today laaaaaaaaaa. Haha, and I was a total bimbo in the toilet, riding on the excitement of my goal. HAHA. stop bragging, u bimbotic girl. =) What makes things sweeter was that I was still playing in spite of my flu. Hoooooooooo. I can still feel the adrenline rush from the goal, hahaha! Rinny was so funny, she was so excited that I scored she came n congratulate me, and gave me a hard knock on my chin with her stick by accident, and the guys thought that I was laughing. =_=
Went home after dinner with Janelle, cos I was, and am still so exhausted from hockey + flu + rain. Plus I didnt want to face the prospect of going home with the rest of the team. I have no idea what they're talking about 95% of the time, seeing how they speak in a language tt's quite alien to me.

Friendly today was... tiring?? Guess the combination of the hot sun + lack of sleep was a bit too much. Couldnt drag myself out of bed this morning, my alarm kept ringing non stop. Played against JJC guys team today. We won! Well, we drew the first half and won the second half, so it was a pretty good game today. Or maybe they were just too lousy?? Really embarrassing just now, I fell down so many times. Cant believe that I even tripped over my own feet too. AIYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
I want to minus homework and studying from my life,
and just go out and play all day. =)

I should probably stop whinning, but life's been pretty much sucky right at this moment.
(1)Grandfather had to have an operation today - hip replacement surgery.
(2)Itchy red right eye
(3)Cant keep up with lessons anymore - maths&econs. =(
(4)Self esteem sliding - What's going on?
(5)Read haolian's blog: I miss my Anderson days with everyone.
(6)Had a minor argument with bestfriend: I have no idea what's happening.
(7)Haven been a good friend lately.
I've been lazing around the past few weeks, not progressing in my studies at all. It's time I pull up my socks and start studying - late night studying from tomorrow onwards, and lesser outings even though I really want to get out.

Grandfather's hospitalised again - he fractured his leg after a fall. I hope he gets well soon - he has been spending too much time in the hospitals recently.

Training cancelled, as everybody except Nadiah had school stuff on. The guys were having friendly, so me and Janelle went down to support them + accompany Nadiah after our geography Mass Movement lecture at NJC. It turned out to be a major camwhore session anyway.
[08.08.2008 - Steph's House]
Class outing! Had a quick nap after school before meeting up at Bishan, 3pm to buy the food and stuff. BBQ was great, except:
Yong Kang got so drunk that he was uttering nonsense.
Yiming & Fyn was so drunk they wanted to go skinny dipping in the pool.
Poor Arjun & John got attacked by the two drunkards in the pool.
Hengguang was halfdrunk but still, cool.
Peter & Rui Kang were taking pictures around the pool area obsessively.
Valent threatened to throw the girls into the pool.
Eugene was emo-ing the entire night.
The girls were almost pissed with the guys half of the time.
Lifted entirely off Michelle's blog. =) Cabbed home with HG + RK.
[09-08-2008 - Marina Square + Yichan's House]
Happy National Day! =) Met up with the gang minus Bing Hong. Our sushi cravings werent satisfied, cos we forgot that buffet wasnt available on Public Holidays. =( So we had to settle for Pizza Hut instead. Went shopping at MarketPlace@Raffles City for snacks + drinks for our picnic at Padang. Jiemin that foulmouth cursed the weather and it came true. So we decided to u-turn and hightail back to Yichan's house w/o Waye Shyang, who went off drinking with his friends. We didnt watch NDP but the Olympics in the end. Went home with Jiemin after that. Not much pics sadly, cos I stupidly forgot to charge my camera and it died on me. =(
Our dearest RJC Jiemin, who insisted on wearing Yichan's Hwa Chong PE tee.And no, he's not such a maths freak to the point of doing maths on Nation Day - he was just being our calculator.
I almost went insane uploading all these pics - 2 hours can! I should have spent this time sleeping instead.
